Initial Inquiry

Your journey begins when you reach out to us through our website contact form or by sending an email to contact@floridapersiankittens.com. Let us know you're interested in adopting a Persian kitten, and feel free to share any questions or preferences you might have. We typically respond within twenty-four hours and will provide information about our currently available kittens or upcoming litters.

During this initial conversation, we'll learn about your family, your home environment, and what you're looking for in a Persian companion. This helps us guide you toward the kitten that will be the best fit for your lifestyle and preferences.

Availability Confirmation

Once we've connected, we'll confirm which kittens are currently available or provide information about expected litters. We'll share photos, details about each kitten's personality, and answer any questions you have about their health, temperament, or care requirements.

If you're interested in a specific kitten, we'll provide additional photos and updates so you can get to know them better. We want you to feel completely confident in your choice before moving forward.

Application and Screening

To ensure our kittens go to loving, responsible homes, we ask potential adopters to complete a simple application. This helps us understand your experience with cats, your living situation, and your plans for caring for your new Persian kitten. We ask questions about your home environment, whether you have other pets, and how you plan to meet the grooming and care needs of a Persian cat.

This screening process isn't meant to be intimidating—it's simply our way of making sure each kitten goes to a home where they'll be loved, safe, and well-cared for throughout their life. We review applications carefully and may follow up with additional questions or a phone conversation to get to know you better.

Reservation and Deposit

Once your application is approved and you've chosen your kitten, you can reserve them with a deposit. This deposit secures your kitten and ensures they'll be waiting for you when they're ready to go home. We'll provide clear information about the deposit amount and accepted payment methods.

The remaining balance is due when you pick up your kitten or before delivery. We'll provide you with a detailed breakdown of all costs and payment options to make the process as transparent as possible.

Updates and Preparation

While your kitten is growing and preparing to come home, we'll keep you updated with photos and progress reports. This is an exciting time, and we love sharing the journey with you. We'll let you know about important milestones like veterinary visits, vaccinations, and personality development.

We'll also provide you with a comprehensive preparation guide to help you get your home ready. This includes recommendations for supplies, feeding guidelines, grooming tips, and advice on creating a safe, comfortable environment for your new Persian kitten.

Pickup or Delivery

When your kitten is ready to come home—typically around twelve weeks of age after they've received their initial vaccinations and health clearances—we'll coordinate pickup or delivery. For families located in Florida, we offer convenient options to make bringing your kitten home as easy as possible.

If you're picking up your kitten, we'll schedule a time for you to visit and meet your new family member. We'll go over care instructions, answer any last-minute questions, and provide you with all necessary documentation including health records, registration papers, and our health guarantee.

For families who prefer delivery, we can arrange safe, comfortable transportation to locations throughout Florida including Miami, Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and surrounding areas. We'll discuss delivery options and associated fees during the reservation process.

Ongoing Support

Our relationship doesn't end when you take your kitten home. We're committed to providing lifelong support to all of our adopters. Whether you have questions about grooming, nutrition, behavior, or health, we're always here to help. Many of our families stay in touch for years, sharing updates and photos of their beloved Persians.
