General Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Florida Persian Kittens website and your relationship with us regarding the adoption of Persian kittens. By accessing our website or contacting us about adoption, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
Adoption Process and Requirements
Application and Approval
All potential adopters must complete an adoption application and receive approval before reserving a kitten. We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our sole discretion. Approval is based on our assessment of whether the applicant can provide a suitable, loving home for a Persian kitten.
Reservation and Deposits
Once approved, adopters may reserve a kitten by paying a non-refundable deposit. The deposit amount will be communicated during the reservation process and will be applied toward the total adoption fee. Deposits are non-refundable except in cases where we are unable to fulfill the adoption due to health issues or other circumstances on our end.
Payment Terms
The remaining balance of the adoption fee is due at the time of pickup or before delivery. We accept payment methods as specified during the adoption process. All fees must be paid in full before the kitten is released to the adopter.
Health Guarantee
All kittens come with a written health guarantee covering genetic and congenital health conditions for a specified period. The complete terms of our health guarantee are provided in the adoption contract and on our Health Guarantee page. To maintain the health guarantee, adopters must:
- Have the kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian within seventy-two hours of adoption
- Follow recommended vaccination and preventive care schedules
- Provide proper nutrition, care, and maintain the kitten as an indoor pet
- Notify us promptly of any health concerns
Adopter Responsibilities
By adopting a kitten from Florida Persian Kittens, you agree to:
- Provide a safe, loving, indoor home for the kitten
- Provide proper nutrition, veterinary care, grooming, and attention
- Keep the kitten as a pet and not for breeding purposes unless explicitly agreed upon in writing
- Not sell, give away, or surrender the kitten to a shelter or rescue without first contacting us
- Comply with all local laws and regulations regarding pet ownership
Return and Rehoming Policy
If at any time you are unable to keep your kitten, you must contact us first. We maintain a lifelong commitment to our kittens and will assist with rehoming if necessary. Under no circumstances should a kitten adopted from us be surrendered to a shelter, rescue, or sold to a third party without our knowledge and consent.
Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure the health and wellbeing of our kittens, we cannot guarantee against all possible health issues or behavioral concerns that may arise after adoption. Our liability is limited to the terms specified in our written health guarantee and adoption contract.
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the adoption or ownership of a kitten. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the adoption fee paid.

All content on the Florida Persian Kittens website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Florida Persian Kittens and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our express written permission.

Communication and Contact

Dispute Resolution

Severability
